📍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only.

⏱️ Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation once your order is placed, and a tracking update when it has been shipped.


🚚 Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery (UAE): 1–3 business days
    Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your city or region.

Note: During high-demand seasons or sales, delivery may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.


💰 Shipping Fees

  • Standard Delivery (All UAE): AED 7

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total.


📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.


⚠️ Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your address and contact number are correct when placing your order.

  • Lavnder is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete addresses, courier issues, or incorrect recipient information.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us immediately.


🧾 Customs & Taxes

All prices are inclusive of VAT for orders within the UAE.
You will not be charged any additional customs or import fees.
